Hey everybodeh!

Hi! I'm sorry I've been away so long, after the end of my holiday last week I've been feeling really rubbish. Blah blah excuse excuse.

So while I was on my holiday I had lots of lazy mornings with lots of time to play with makeup, meaning I could do some slightly more interesting looks than my usual lipstick-and-eyeliner faces.
Here is one look I did which I really liked:

Wearing:
Face: Illamasqua Sophie powder blush, some No 7 face powder (the name has worn off)
Eyes: an unnamed light creamy colour from MUA Heaven and Earth palette, Illamasqua Ore Pure Pigment, Darling Girl Glitter Glue, Illamasqua Sophie pencil on my waterline. Mac Fling on my eyebrows
Lips: Darling Girl Raining Blood Holo-Gloss

My older sister, Laura,  joined us on the holiday for a while and loved this look. She liked it so much that she bullied me into doing a version of it for her one night when we went out for a meal.

Now I am really quite bad at putting makeup on other people, sadly I don't think I could ever be a makeup artist, but I think I did quite a good job here! She liked it too :)

Wearing:
Face: she did her foundation , I think she used Benefit Some Kinda Gorgeous. I added some Sleek blush in Guipere.
Eyes: the same colour from the MUA palette, Illamasqua Ore pigment, Collection 2000 Dig It glitter eye liner, black mascara. Mac Fling on the eyebrows.
Lips: Darling Girl Raining Blood Holo-Gloss

What do you think of my awesome makeup artistry? :P

Annnd beneath the cut are some funny faces:

BEAUTIFUL!

    1. Aww thank you! I am pleased with it myself, I wanted to make Laura's a bit subtler because she doesn't usually wear such strong looks.

    1. Cheers, I love making funny faces. Ore is a great shadow, it's a neutral antiqued gold but it's got flashes and sparks of other colours.

  7. You and your sister look so cute, and I love how her makeup turned out. I think I'm *okay* at putting makeup on other people... except anything that goes near their eyeballs like mascara or liner. Forget it!

    1. Ha ha I know what you mean, I managed to do the eyeliner by pulling her eyelid taut but when it came to mascara I was like '...no do it yourself!'

  10. Obsessed with that eyeshadow look. I'm seeing a similar look everywhere at the moment and I think I'm going to sit down and get practicing so I can perfect it. Plus it brings out pretty blue eyes. ;)
